ASEA provides a 1099 Misc form for tax purposes to all US Associates  who were paid commissions of greater then or equal to $600 in the calendar year and were not tax exempt. 

These forms should be received by mid February. To assure prompt delivery, please make sure your mailing address on the account is correct.
