If you would like to receive a refund for an order please follow the below instructions.
1) Ensure that the product is in its original, unopened packaging and reach out to ASEA Associate support to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization number and your market specific return address.
2) Write your individual Return Merchandise Authorization number, somewhere near the address label (this RMA number will expire in two weeks, so please send the package as soon as possible)
3) Your package can be returned using whatever means is most convenient and economical for you. You are welcome to select the courier of your choice. If you would prefer to refuse the shipment, there will be a $15 fee subtracted from your refund to cover the refusal fee of the courier. Once the shipment is processed by our warehouse, we'll issue the appropriate refund (less shipping charges) to the card with which you paid
4) Send us the tracking number and inform us of the name of the shipper so that we can track your package and be sure that it is received and refunded in a timely manner. Be sure to retain your tracking number until the refund has been completed. This is your confirmation that you have returned the package.
