Smart Wallet Fees are as follows:

A $1.95 USD Prepaid Card Activation Fee.
A $2.00 USD monthly maintenance is assessed every 30 days, so as long as the account is active (i.e., has held a balance for all or part of the 30-day period).
A Dormancy Fee of $4.00 USD a month is charged after 90 days of inactivity.
