What and how do I send content via Whatapp (or Line, or Facebook)?

You can send anything in the library via any social media app on your Smartphone. You can select a single item or multiple items from the library to share in a single message with a single link. All of the items selected will be listed in the Player. They can include video and PDF items.

If you are sharing with a single person, make sure that individual in listed in your AC Contact list and is also listed in your social app (WhatsApp). AC is unable to push the contact selected into the Social App, so you will have to select them again in the social app, but AC can keep track of what you sent to whom in the history log, if they pick the same person in both accounts. Here are the steps:

1. Select a person from your contact list. (Only one)

2. Then select items from the library to send (One or more)

3. On the “Prepare Message” page. Close the Formatted Message Section. Should look like this with the green button off

4. Then, click on the arrow or line where the phone number is listed:

5. On the Edit Message page, click on the field that is titled “Send Via”. That will reveal a selection option window at the bottom of the page for iPhones or a drop down menu for Android phones. Select “Other Social”. From here you can edit the message if you would like. Then click “Save”

  

6. Back on the Prepare Message page, click on “Send” in the bottom right corner. This will send you to a page that will allow you to select which social app you want to use:

   

7. In your selected app select the person that you want to receive your message and send it. Upon completion a note will be added to the history log for that person under Contacts showing that you sent a message and what message you sent. It will NOT list that you sent it through Whatsapp, though you can add a personal note indicating that.
